Sixt

Smart travel companion

The goal

How do we position Sixt as the most convenient, exciting way to move, anywhere? As the company expanded their service and locations, their app had to grow along with it

The process

Quickly getting into a car or determining the best way to navigate a city (new or current) is more difficult than it should be. Fuzz delivered a holistic experience for the Sixt app redesign that simplified users decision making process and got them to their destinations faster.

Our team travelled to Munich immerse ourselves in the on the ground experience of renting cars and scooters, and to collaborate with the Sixt team on a new end-to-end user journey.

I created scalable deliverables for the Sixt tech teams to deploy the build, and to scale our vision. This included a visual concept, a Hi-Fi prototype, and an updated design language.

The problem

Sixt was widely known as a luxury rental car company. As the world started wanting on-demand services, Sixt kept up with new offerings. We had to break down the siloed experience, and modernize the brand.

Scaling our solution helped Sixt successfully decrease time to checkout, and increase their user base from monthly active users, to weekly active users.
