My experience

Check out my resume to see my recent whereabouts, skills, and achievements in the journey that led me to UX.

Senior Product Designer

TodayTix is a theater industry leader in New York City, London, and other markets worldwide. With a focus of offering customers the best seats, and deals, it is crucial to provide a top user experience for the thousands of daily shoppers.

On the Checkout team, I focus on guiding a user to choose their seats, evaluate their price, and purchase them. In this business critical bottom funnel, our team prioritizes fast testing, learning, and iterating.

As a team leader, I’m focused on defining a process for continuous discovery and establishing best research practices to create holistic solutions.

Product Design Lead

Spoak is an online interior design subscription platform with tools for all levels to create mood boards, room designs, floor plans, and manage projects. To solve for a multitude of personas (design pros, and total newbies), we had to think big and innovate.

As the founding designer. I directed all things design, spearheaded research, and collaborated on product vision. My greatest accomplishment was leading end-to-end redesign of the entire the tooling suite, directing a branding refresh, and creating the company’s first ever design system.

Senior Product Designer

Better is a DTC mortgage lender that focuses on removing as much red tape (and confusion) out of the loan process as possible.

On the internal tooling team I designed the software Better’s mortgage teams use to fund loans. I owned six tooling products, created game changing new tools, and led many user research studies.

Working with very complicated problems, my work improved staff workflows, created efficiencies, and helped them process loans (heavy information) drastically faster.

Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate program

In December 2020, I completed the IDEO certificate program taking classes such as Insights for Innovation, and From Idea to Action. My final thesis focused on user research, prototyping, and pitching for an app to encourage children to read.

My completion of the Advanced Design Thinking certificate program is currently underway 📚

Product Designer

Fuzz (now Monstarlab) was a creative product agency that specialized in combining the physical with the digital.

My favorite project to this day was for Blink Fitness. We created an entry ecosystem with iOS, tablet, and kiosk apps for both customers and employees. We also created an improved space layout and kiosk design, all cumulating to reduce congestion and decrease time to check-in.

I also travelled to Munich to work with Sixt, where we collaborated on an end-to-end customer journey. I led the redesign of their iOS app to refresh their design system, add new services, and create a streamlined checkout.

My work.
